Additives for diesel fuel
SNPH JSC produces and sells the following additives for diesel fuel:

Lubricating (anti-wear) additive
Active base: fatty carboxylic acids and their esters
As a result of fuel desulfurization in oil refineries, the lubricating property of diesel fuel is significantly reduced. Anti-wear additives form a protective film on the surfaces of the metal parts of the engine, reducing their friction and wear, which prolongs the service life of the engine and increases its maintainability. A key indicator of the lubricating additives effectiveness is the reduction of the diameter of the wear spot (by the ASTM D6079 method). A decrease in this parameter indicates an improvement in the lubricating property of the fuel.
Depressant-dispersing additive
Active basis: a mixture of ethylene and vinyl carboxylate copolymers with amides of polybasic carboxylic acids.
Depressant-dispersing additives are designed to improve the low-temperature properties of medium distillates: reducing the maximum cloud point temperature and achieving sedimentation stability of fuels.
Paraffin Dispersant
Paraffin dispersant is a component of the depressant-dispersing additive. Our company produces a wide range of dispersants used to improve the sedimentation stability of medium distillates at cold storage.
We provide:
- Selection of individual formulations and dosages in a modern laboratory in Kazan, taking into account the customer’s requirements for the reagent.
- Selection of dosages from the customer with a one-time confirmation of the effectiveness of the proposed solution.
- If necessary, conducting pilot tests with the participation of the SNPH JSC technical representative.
- Technical support for the entire period of the additive application.
