Polyacrylamide SNPH-PM
A high-molecular polymer of the acrylamide series.
Advantages
- Forms a thin, durable filtration crust on the borehole walls, which prevents clay hydration and pore channel coloration.
- Helps to maintain the stability of the borehole, prevent it from crumbling and collapsing.
- Due to its high adsorption capacity on clay surfaces, it has lubricating and anti-salinity characteristics.
- Due to the encapsulation of the drilled rock, it improves sludge removal and reduces the sticking of clay particles on the equipment.
- Improves the rheological properties of drilling fluids, which contributes to the effective removal of rock particles from the well.
Purpose
A structure forming agent of drilling fluids, an effective clay inhibitor that actively encapsulates clay particles, and also serves as a flocculant and water loss reducing agent for clay drilling fluids.
The recommended concentration is from 0.5 to 2 kg/m³.
