Complex clay inhibitor SNPH-IG
A complex inhibitor based on a liquid dispersion of natural bitumen.
Advantages
- Reduces the thickness of the filtration crust and increases its strength, thereby reducing the area of interaction between the drilling tool and the borehole wall.
- Reduction of the colloidal phase and improvement of lubricating and anti-seizure properties.
- Effective in microcracked rocks.
Purpose
It effectively suppresses the processes of hydration and swelling of clays and clay shales, prevents further dispersion of drilled clay sludge, and helps reduce oil seal formation on the elements of the BHA and chisel.
The recommended concentration is from 5 to 30 kg/m3.
