Corrosion inhibitors
SNPH grade corrosion inhibitors are designed for application in the oil and gas industry to protect against hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide corrosion of oilfield equipment in oil and gas collection, transportation and treatment systems, wastewater disposal and reservoir pressure maintenance systems. Corrosion inhibitors of the SNPH grade are available in several versions, differing in the composition of the active base, solvent and application area:
Corrosion inhibitors for protection in oil and water environments: SNPH-6030, SNPH-6035, SNPH-6201, SNPH-6438, SNPH-6474, SNPH-6825, SNPH-6941;
Oil-soluble corrosion inhibitors for : gaseous media, have good solubility in methanol, petroleum and petroleum products, are not prone to emulsification and foaming: SNPH-6030 grade G, SNPH-6201 grade G, SNPH-6474 grade G, SNPH-6941 grade G;
Corrosion inhibitors/bactericides (additionally inhibit the growth of sulfate-reducing bacteria): SNPH-6418, SNPH-6550;
Complex action inhibitor (for protection against corrosion and salt deposition) SNPH-5314.
Advantages of SNPH grade corrosion inhibitors:
- Provide reliable protection in environments of various mineralization containing hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide;
- Prevent the development of local and ulcerative corrosion of equipment;
- Form a strong protective film on the metal surface, which increases the period between periodic treatments of borehole equipment;
- Have excellent performance characteristics and low operating dosage;
- Do not affect the oil treatment processes adversely, are compatible with most reagents used in the field;
- Do not contain organochlorine compounds and salts of quaternary ammonium bases capable of decomposing to form organochlorine compounds.
SNPH-6850
The SNPH-6850 stabilizer is designed to prevent corrosion processes in systems with water-glycol coolants, as well as to increase and/or stabilize the hydrogen index (pH), increase the buffer capacity of the coolant.
